Retrieve the full transcript and recording metadata from the Demodesk meeting that just ended. Identify all participants by name and role using speaker diarization. Process the transcript to extract: (1) key discussion topics with timestamps, (2) decisions that were explicitly agreed upon, (3) objections or concerns raised by the prospect, (4) any competitor mentions with context, and (5) next steps or commitments made by either party. For each commitment or follow-up mentioned, create an action item. Assign an owner based on who made the commitment (if the rep said 'I will send the proposal,' the rep owns it). Estimate a deadline based on context — if they said 'by end of week,' calculate the actual date. If no deadline was mentioned, default to 3 business days. Format the summary using the team's configured template. Default sections: Meeting Overview (2-3 sentences), Key Discussion Points, Decisions Made, Objections & Concerns, Competitive Intelligence, Action Items (with owner and deadline), and Coaching Notes. Push the summary to Salesforce or HubSpot: update the Activity record on the Contact and Opportunity. If no Opportunity exists, log it on the Contact only and flag this for the rep. Anti-pattern: Do not summarize pleasantries, small talk, or technical difficulties at the start of calls. Focus on substantive business discussion. If the meeting was under 3 minutes or contained no substantive content, generate a minimal summary noting this rather than fabricating content. Post a condensed version (overview + action items only) to the configured Slack channel.
