Territory Reviews With Data, Not Politics

The Territory Rebalance Agent produces the quarterly territory review RevOps and sales leadership have always wanted: attainment vs. TAM, stacked-rank account coverage, and a proposed rebalance — all backed by pipeline data and rep performance, not politics.

How It Works

Once a quarter the agent computes, per territory: TAM served, pipeline generated, attainment, and rep utilization. It flags imbalances — a rep with 3× the TAM of peers, a territory with <20% coverage, an account concentration risk. It proposes a rebalance model with specific account moves.

Why It Reduces Territory Politics

Territory rebalancing usually involves a committee, two weeks of spreadsheets, and residual rep resentment. The agent's data-backed proposal shortens the politics to one conversation: accept the model, adjust with explicit reasoning, or reject — but always against the same data.
