Find the Content Your Reps Keep Asking For

Every week a rep says "I wish we had a one-pager on X" or "do we have a case study from a manufacturing customer" — and then the thought dies in the call. The Content Gap Agent scans the week's transcripts for exactly these moments and files a structured request to the content team, with the rep's quote, the deal context, and a proposed asset format.

How It Works

The agent pulls the prior week's Demodesk recordings where a rep made an explicit request for missing content. Pattern-matching is narrow on purpose — it looks for phrases in the shape of "I wish we had," "do we have a," "is there a case study," "can we send them," and their variants. Every matched request becomes one Notion ticket with the rep's exact quote, the deal stage and segment, the prospect's role, and a suggested asset type (battlecard, one-pager, case study, ROI calculator, sequence).

Required Connections

  • Demodesk — source of call recordings and transcripts
  • Notion — destination for the content-gap backlog
  • Slack — weekly digest to the content team owner

What Makes It Different

This is not a voice-of-customer synthesis tool — it does not cluster sentiment, extract product feedback, or attempt to infer strategic themes. It answers one question: what are reps literally asking for that we haven't shipped yet. Narrow scope, zero hallucination, high signal.
