The Slide Deck Without the Friday-Night Build

QBRs are real work and the wrong work. The intelligence — what's at risk, what's expanding, what changed — already lives in Deal Insights. The slide deck is just the artifact wrapped around it. The QBR Slide Builder Agent reads the intelligence layer, pulls the CRM data points the slides require, and assembles a Google Slides or PowerPoint deck the CSM only has to refine before sending.

How It Works

The agent runs the week before each scheduled QBR (or on-demand from a Slack command). It pulls the account's CRM record (ACV, contract terms, renewal date, expansion potential), reads the latest Deal Insights output for the account (health score, usage trend, risk flags), and assembles a deck following the team's QBR template. Sections include account summary, year-in-review metrics, current usage, recent wins, open risks, expansion opportunities, and a forward roadmap. The deck publishes to a Google Drive or SharePoint folder and the CSM gets a Slack notification with the link.
