How It Works

Authorize your Google Calendar and Demodesk will maintain a real-time bi-directional sync. New calendar events with external attendees are automatically imported into Demodesk, triggering meeting preparation workflows. Demodesk scheduling links create Google Calendar events with pre-populated descriptions, video conferencing links, and attached prep materials. Availability checking works across both platforms.
