Catch At-Risk Deals Before They Slip

Deal Risk Scorer provides real-time health assessments for every deal in your pipeline, combining activity signals, stakeholder coverage, competitive intelligence, and timeline adherence into a single risk score. Instead of waiting for deals to miss their close date, proactively identify and address risk factors while there's still time to save them.

How It Works

Input deal details — stage, days in stage, last activity date, stakeholders engaged, competitive presence, next steps, and close date. The skill calculates a composite risk score (0-100) weighted across six dimensions: activity recency, stakeholder depth, competitive threat, timeline adherence, champion strength, and decision process clarity. Each dimension gets its own score with specific recommendations for risk mitigation. Weekly trend tracking shows which deals are improving and which are deteriorating.
