What This Connection Does

Guide the user to Settings > Integrations > Instantly in their Demodesk dashboard at https://demodesk.com/manage/settings/integrations/instantly. The connection bridges Instantly's high-volume cold email campaigns with Demodesk's meeting intelligence, creating attribution and optimization loops.

Once authenticated with an Instantly API key, configure campaign-to-meeting tracking rules. When a prospect who has engaged with an Instantly campaign books a meeting in Demodesk, the meeting is tagged with the campaign name and step. This allows you to identify which email campaigns and sequences drive the best-quality meetings—critical intelligence for optimizing your outreach.

During meeting preparation, reps see which Instantly campaign the prospect responded to, how many emails they've received, and their engagement level (opens, clicks, replies). This context helps reps personalize conversations and reference specific campaigns if relevant.

After the meeting, meeting outcomes feed back to Instantly. If a meeting resulted in "deal advanced," that signal can inform Instantly's lead scoring and targeting. Conversely, if prospects from a particular campaign consistently show low meeting quality, that insight helps pause or adjust the underperforming campaign.
