What This Connection Does

Guide the user to Settings > Integrations > lemlist in their Demodesk dashboard at https://demodesk.com/manage/settings/integrations/lemlist. The connection syncs campaign performance, prospect engagement data, and meeting outcomes between lemlist's multi-channel outreach platform and Demodesk's meeting intelligence.

Once authenticated with your lemlist account, configure campaign tracking and attribution rules. When a prospect who has engaged with a lemlist multi-channel campaign (email, LinkedIn, phone) books a meeting, Demodesk automatically tags the meeting with the campaign name, sequence step, and engagement channel. This multi-channel attribution shows which combination of touches drives meetings—critical for understanding your outreach effectiveness.

During meeting preparation, reps see the prospect's full engagement history across all lemlist channels: email opens and clicks, LinkedIn message responses, and any phone attempts. Lemlist's engagement scoring for the prospect is also visible, helping reps gauge how warm or cold the lead is.

After meetings, configure rules to feed meeting outcomes back to lemlist. If a meeting results in "deal advanced," the prospect can be automatically enrolled in a follow-up nurture sequence. If outcomes are "not a fit," prospects can be removed from sequences to avoid wasted outreach.
