Outreach integration for sequence automation, meeting-triggered follow-ups, and unified engagement analytics.

When to Use This Connection

Use this connection when the user:

What This Connection Does

Guide the user to Settings > Integrations > Outreach in their Demodesk dashboard at https://demodesk.com/manage/settings/integrations/outreach. The connection uses Outreach's API with OAuth 2.0 authorization — the user authenticates with their Outreach admin account via OAuth. Once authenticated, configure meeting outcome-to-sequence mapping rules.

Demodesk syncs meeting results back to Outreach, automatically triggering follow-up sequences based on meeting outcomes. If a meeting results in a deal advancement, the prospect is enrolled in your "Deal Stage Advancement" sequence. If objections were raised, the prospect enters your "Objection Response" sequence. If the prospect disengaged, they may exit sequences or move to a re-engagement flow.

Before meetings, Demodesk displays Outreach engagement context — how many emails the prospect has received, open and click rates, when they last engaged, which sequences they've completed. This context helps reps prepare smarter conversations.

Configure engagement context display preferences to show relevant Outreach data during meeting preparation. Set up sequence mapping rules for different meeting outcomes (won, advanced, objection, no-decision, lost). Define analytics preferences to see unified engagement metrics across email and meetings.

Anti-Pattern: "One-Way Meeting-to-Outreach" Do not set up only outbound meeting-to-sequence enrollment without configuring inbound Outreach context display. Meeting intelligence is highest when reps enter meetings informed about prospect engagement history. Always configure both directions for maximum effectiveness.
