How It Works

At month end, the agent pulls the team's coaching scorecards and call analytics from the last 30 days. It ranks skill dimensions by team-wide weakness and by correlation with win rate. It maps each gap to existing enablement content in Guru, Notion, or Gong. For gaps with no content, it flags a content creation need. For gaps with content, it produces a training plan with assignments, roleplay scenarios, and a follow-up measurement.
