A Live Stakeholder Map for Every Deal

Most deals die because the wrong people approve and the right people never showed up. The Stakeholder Map Agent builds a living, evidence-backed map of who is in each deal, who has been mentioned but never attended, and what role each person plays.

It pulls attendees from every meeting, scans transcripts for stakeholder names ("our CFO will need to weigh in," "Maria runs procurement"), and cross-references with CRM contacts. The output is a per-opportunity stakeholder graph the AE can hand to a manager during deal review without prep.

What it produces

  • A stakeholder list with role, seniority, source (attended vs mentioned), and last-seen-in-meeting date
  • A coverage score: economic buyer present? technical buyer? user? coach?
  • Diff alerts when a new senior name surfaces or a known champion drops off
  • A recommended outreach action: "Has been mentioned in 4 calls but never attended — request intro"

Why this is useful

Reps know they should multi-thread but rarely have time to keep an org chart up to date. This agent does it from the conversations they're already having.
