How It Works

After discovery or qualification, the agent generates a MAP with the standard milestones from today to signed contract, owners on both sides, and target dates pulled from the prospect's stated timeline. It creates the doc in Google Docs or Notion, shares it with the prospect's champion, and monitors progress weekly. When a milestone approaches or slips, the agent drafts a nudge email for the rep to send. When new information surfaces in meetings, the agent updates the MAP automatically.
