What This Connection Does
Guide the user to Settings > Integrations > Clearbit in their Demodesk dashboard at https://demodesk.com/manage/settings/integrations/clearbit. The connection uses Clearbit's real-time enrichment API to pull comprehensive prospect and company data when meetings are scheduled or during preparation.
Once authenticated with your Clearbit API key (or connected via HubSpot if you use Clearbit through HubSpot), Demodesk automatically queries Clearbit when meetings are created. Real-time enrichment pulls verified contact information, company firmographic data (revenue, headcount, industry, location), and technographic intelligence (technology stack, tools in use).
During meeting prep, reps see Clearbit's comprehensive company intelligence—helping understand the prospect's company size, growth stage, recent news, and technology environment. Technographic data shows which tools the prospect's company uses, enabling solution positioning and integration discussion points.
If you use Clearbit's visitor identification (tracking website visitors to your site), that data can be surfaced—showing if the prospect's company has visited your site, how many visitors from their company, and which pages they viewed. This inbound intelligence helps reps personalize conversations about specific features or use cases the prospect has researched.
Clearbit data syncs to HubSpot when meetings occur, enriching deal records and contact profiles in your CRM. Configure automatic enrichment triggers to enrich all meeting attendees, or focus on high-value prospects only.
