Turn Every Objection Into a Coaching Moment

The Objection Response Agent reviews each sales call and identifies the objections that were raised — and which ones were actually handled well. It pulls winning responses from your team's closed-won deals and delivers a targeted brief the rep can use to handle the same objection better next time.

How It Works

After every Demodesk meeting, the agent scans the transcript for objection patterns — pricing pushback, competitor preference, timing concerns, security worries, integration doubts. For each objection it finds, it checks whether the rep addressed it or deflected, and pulls 2–3 example responses from calls where the same objection was raised and the deal ultimately closed. The output is a one-page brief per call, delivered to the rep and their manager.

Reps forget which objections they handled poorly. The Objection Response Agent creates an institutional memory of what actually works — so the team gets better at handling the same objections over the quarter instead of reinventing responses call by call.
