It scans the prior week's calls and CRM loss reasons, extracts every competitor mention with the deal context that makes it usable, and writes a structured intel feed PMM can actually triage.

How It Works

The agent runs every Friday afternoon. It pulls the prior 7 days of Demodesk transcripts and Salesforce closed-lost records, scans for mentions of competitors on the configured watchlist, and extracts: the verbatim quote (rep or prospect), what was being claimed (pricing, feature, integration, reputation), the deal stage and segment, and the deal outcome if known. Each extraction becomes one Notion intel-feed card with the call link and CRM context attached.
