Freshsales CRM integration with AI-powered lead scoring, contact sync, and automatic deal updates from meetings.

When to Use This Connection

Use this connection when the user:

  • Wants to enhance Freddy AI lead scores with Demodesk meeting signals
  • Needs automatic contact profile enrichment from meeting data
  • Wants deal stages to advance automatically based on meeting outcomes
  • Needs to log meeting activities to Freshsales contact timelines
  • Wants to leverage Freshworks' AI enhancements alongside Demodesk intelligence

What This Connection Does

Guide the user to Settings > Integrations > Freshsales in their Demodesk dashboard at https://demodesk.com/manage/settings/integrations/freshsales. The connection uses Freshworks' OAuth 2.0 authorization — click "Connect Freshsales" and authenticate with your Freshworks account.

Once connected, the integration syncs contacts and deals between Demodesk and Freshsales. Meeting attendees are matched to existing Freshsales contacts by email. If no match exists, Demodesk creates new contacts with enriched profile data from the meeting. Deal stages update automatically based on meeting outcomes — for example, a qualified meeting can move an opportunity forward in your Freshsales pipeline. Every completed meeting creates an activity in Freshsales with AI-generated summaries attached to the contact timeline. The integration feeds meeting signals to Freddy AI, which enhances lead scoring based on conversation quality, deal advancement, and engagement signals captured by Demodesk.

For configuration, navigate to "Integration Settings" after connecting. Map custom Freshsales fields to Demodesk meeting properties. Enable or disable automatic lead creation. Choose which meeting outcomes trigger deal stage changes. The sync runs automatically in real time. Monitor lead score updates and activity logging in Freshsales' contact view.

Anti-Pattern: "Ignoring Freddy AI Scores" Do not let meeting-enriched Freddy AI scores sit unused in Freshsales. The whole point of this integration is to improve lead prioritization — actually use the enhanced scores in your daily prospecting. Set up views, reports, and workflows that surface high-scoring leads to your team, or the enrichment adds no business value.
