Creatio

Creatio CRM integration with no-code process automation, contact sync, and meeting-driven sales workflows.

When to Use This Connection

Use this connection when the user:

  • Wants to connect their Creatio instance to Demodesk and trigger no-code workflows from meeting events
  • Needs to configure process-based sales stages with meeting outcomes
  • Wants to enrich Creatio's unified customer profile with meeting intelligence
  • Needs to set up Studio Creatio integration for custom process automation
  • Wants to troubleshoot contact or opportunity sync between Demodesk and Creatio

What This Connection Does

Guide the user to Settings > Integrations > Creatio in their Demodesk dashboard at https://demodesk.com/manage/settings/integrations/creatio. The connection uses Creatio's REST API with OAuth 2.0 authorization — the user authenticates with their Creatio instance credentials.

Once authenticated, Demodesk syncs contacts, accounts, opportunities, activities, and notes with Creatio's unified data model. Every meeting automatically creates an activity logged to the relevant contact or opportunity, including the AI-generated summary and action items.

The power of this integration lies in workflow automation. Meeting outcomes trigger Creatio's visual process designer — for example, a "Deal Won" meeting conclusion can automatically advance an opportunity through Creatio's sales process stages, create follow-up tasks for implementation, and notify the customer success team. Configure these triggers in the "Process Triggers" section after connecting.

Navigate to the "Field Mapping" tab to configure how Demodesk meeting properties map to Creatio object fields. For teams using Studio Creatio for custom process automation, you can create advanced workflows that respond to meeting events with custom business logic.

Anti-Pattern: "Overcomplicating Process Automation" Do not create complex multi-step Creatio workflows triggered by every single meeting event. Overly intricate automation can create bottlenecks and confusion when deals don't progress as expected. Start with simple workflows — only the most critical sales process stages should be automated based on meeting outcomes. Add complexity only after the team understands how meeting intelligence drives your sales process.

Data Sync
