How It Works

The agent runs every Sunday at 6 PM. It pulls: pipeline by stage and segment from Salesforce, the latest forecast from Pigment / Clari / Excel, the prior week's closed-won list, the prior week's deal-risk alerts, and the open decisions tagged in Notion. It synthesizes a prep brief with five sections: pipeline state (with delta), forecast vs. plan, last week's wins (top 5), last week's risks (top 5), and decisions on the table. The brief lands in Notion and a thread is opened in the revenue-leadership Slack channel.
