Friday-Morning Forecast, Ready Before the Meeting

The Forecast Roll-Up Agent eliminates the Friday-morning scramble to chase down forecast numbers. Every week it builds the team's commit, best case, and worst case forecast directly from pipeline data, validates the numbers against deal-level signals, and surfaces exactly which deals moved since last week.

How It Works

The agent runs a scheduled job each Friday at 7am. It aggregates opportunities by rep, segments by stage and weighted probability, and compares this week's roll-up to last week's to flag material changes. It generates three scenarios — commit (high-confidence only), best case (committed plus upside), and worst case (committed minus slippage) — and writes the snapshot to a reporting destination of your choice.
