What This Connection Does
Guide the user to Settings > Integrations > Microsoft Teams Phone in their Demodesk dashboard at https://demodesk.com/manage/settings/integrations/microsoft-teams-phone. The connection integrates with Teams Phone via Microsoft 365 compliance recording APIs. The user authenticates with a Microsoft 365 admin account that has permissions to manage compliance recording partners.
Configure the compliance recording partner integration — Demodesk partners with Microsoft-certified compliance recording partners (ASC, NICE, Verint) to capture Teams Phone call recordings.
