A Score for Every Discovery Call

Most reps think they ran a great discovery call. The forecast says otherwise. The Discovery Quality Agent grades each discovery call against a defined rubric — pain, impact, decision criteria, decision process, timeline, budget — and tells the rep exactly which questions are still missing.

It uses the transcript and AI tags. It does not invent gaps the customer already addressed implicitly.

What it produces

  • A score per discovery call (0–100) and per dimension
  • A list of unasked questions with suggested phrasing
  • A trend per rep: are their discovery scores improving over time?
  • Deal-level alerts: "Stage 2 deal moved to Stage 3 with discovery score of 41"
