The Partner Inbox That Doesn't Lose Deals
Partners submit deal registrations and then wait — sometimes a week — to hear back about whether the deal was approved, denied for conflict, or routed to an AE. Slow responses train partners to bring their next deal somewhere else. The Partner Deal-Reg Router Agent fixes the response time. When a registration arrives, the agent validates it against existing pipeline within minutes, routes approved deals to the right AE based on territory and segment, and writes status back to the partner portal so the partner sees a decision the same day.
How It Works
The agent listens for new partner deal-reg submissions in the configured PRM (Salesforce Partner Community, Crossbeam, Allbound, or equivalent). For each submission it: (1) checks Salesforce for existing pipeline matching the account or contact (active opp in the last 90 days = potential conflict); (2) if no conflict, identifies the AE owner from the territory + segment routing rules; (3) writes the assignment back to Salesforce and the PRM; (4) notifies the partner via the PRM's status field and an optional partner-channel email. If a conflict is detected, the agent routes to the partnership manager for human resolution rather than auto-denying.
