What This Connection Does

Guide the user to Settings > Integrations > sipgate in their Demodesk dashboard at https://demodesk.com/manage/settings/integrations/sipgate. The connection uses sipgate's API with OAuth 2.0 authorization — the user authenticates with their sipgate admin account. Once authenticated, configure recording import rules and extension mapping to automatically pull call recordings from sipgate.

The integration supports both sipgate team (cloud phone system) and sipgate trunking (SIP trunk for PBX systems).
