What This Connection Does

Guide the user to Settings > Integrations > NFON in their Demodesk dashboard at https://demodesk.com/manage/settings/integrations/nfon. The connection uses NFON's API with OAuth 2.0 authorization — the user authenticates with their NFON admin account. Once authenticated, configure recording import and user mapping to define which users and calls should be analyzed.

Demodesk imports call recordings from NFON Cloudya and processes them with AI analysis. Transcription supports multiple European languages to ensure accurate analysis for multi-language teams.
