What This Connection Does

Guide the user to Settings > Integrations > CAS genesisWorld in their Demodesk dashboard at https://demodesk.com/manage/settings/integrations/cas-genesisworld. The connection uses genesisWorld's REST API — the user enters their genesisWorld server URL and authenticates with their admin account.

Once authenticated, Demodesk syncs contacts, companies, opportunities, activities, documents, and notes with CAS genesisWorld. Each meeting automatically creates an activity logged to the associated contact, company, and opportunity in the genesisWorld dossier, with the AI-generated summary and action items attached.

This integration is specifically designed for German Mittelstand companies. All data handling is DSGVO/GDPR-compliant, with data residency in German data centers.
