JustCall cloud phone integration with AI call analysis, SMS tracking, and coaching insights for sales teams.

When to Use This Connection

Use this connection when the user:

  • Uses JustCall for phone, SMS, or WhatsApp calling and wants AI coaching on conversations
  • Wants multi-channel conversation intelligence across calls and SMS messages
  • Needs to track sales conversations happening over local numbers from JustCall
  • Requires SMS conversation tracking and analysis alongside call intelligence
  • Is an SMB or startup using JustCall and wants enterprise AI coaching

What This Connection Does

Guide the user to Settings > Integrations > JustCall in their Demodesk dashboard at https://demodesk.com/manage/settings/integrations/justcall. The connection uses JustCall's API with OAuth 2.0 authorization — the user authenticates with their JustCall account. Once authenticated, configure call and SMS import preferences to define which communications should be analyzed.

Demodesk imports call recordings from JustCall and processes them with AI transcription and coaching analysis. SMS logs are also imported and analyzed for conversation flow, response quality, and sales effectiveness. Coaching scorecards combine insights from both calls and messages, giving a unified view of how the sales conversation unfolded across channels.

Configure coaching preferences to define which metrics matter (first response time, value prop clarity, objection handling, follow-up quality). Set up contact data sync rules to ensure JustCall contacts are matched with CRM records for activity logging. Define local number call tracking rules to ensure coaching is attributed to the correct sales rep.

Anti-Pattern: "Ignore SMS Conversations" Do not enable call coaching while ignoring SMS messages. Many modern sales conversations happen across both channels — a prospect may refuse a call but respond to an SMS, or vice versa. To understand the full sales conversation, you must analyze both call and SMS interactions together.
