What This Connection Does

Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Clari in your Demodesk dashboard at https://demodesk.com/manage/settings/integrations/clari. Authenticate with your Clari admin account to enable meeting signal enrichment.

Once connected, Demodesk meeting data feeds Clari's forecast models. Clari receives engagement signals like speaker sentiment, attendee participation, next-step clarity, and deal momentum from every recorded meeting. These signals improve Clari's AI forecast by adding behavioral data to historical pipeline patterns—Clari's algorithms learn which meeting signals correlate with closed deals, accurate forecasts, and revenue leaks.

For deal health scoring, Clari now incorporates meeting engagement metrics: Was the decision maker present? Was sentiment positive toward your solution? Were concrete next steps agreed? These factors refine health scores beyond traditional CRM activity metrics.

During pipeline reviews, Clari displays meeting context on every deal, so leaders see the complete picture—stage progression, activity count, and actual conversation quality from recorded meetings. Identify stalled deals where CRM activity looks normal but meeting engagement shows declining interest.

Anti-Pattern: "Feed Every Interaction Signal to Clari" Do not send internal team meetings, product reviews, or non-customer-facing calls to Clari's forecast models. These skew the signals and create noise in deal health scoring. Send only customer-facing meeting intelligence, and ensure internal team calls are properly filtered before sync.
